Working closely with you and the midwife, we create a bespoke and safe plan to not only keep you as fit as possible during the trimesters but also aid in recovery post natal. Caerey is qualified in Pre & Post natal exercise and nutrition design and regards your health & safety above all else.
Flexibility & mobility
Using a blend of yoga, pilates, myofascial release and calisthenics (body weight movements) to improve painful areas, loosen tight & restricted areas plus improved balance, inner strength and postures.
